## Job description

台灣人壽保險股份有限公司 Your Career Our Future 工作職責 (Job Responsibilities) * 擬定並執行數位通路發展策略，包含官網、行動應用程式、社群媒體、合作平台等數位管道的營運規劃。 * 負責數位行銷活動的設計、執行與成效追蹤，包含SEO、SEM、內容行銷、社群操作等。 * 分析數位通路營運數據，提出優化建議並持續改善使用者體驗及轉換率。 * 管理數位通路相關專案，確保專案進度、品質及預算達成。 * 評估並引進新興數位科技與工具，提升數位通路的競爭力。 * 跨部門溝通協調，與產品、行銷、資訊等團隊合作，共同推動數位通路業務。 * 帶領並培訓團隊成員，提升團隊專業能力與工作效率。 * 掌握市場趨勢與競爭者動態，提出創新策略與方案。
