### 工作說明
- 跨事業體體 / 跨公司 AI 與數據應用專案推動： 規劃及推動跨公司AI、數據應用專案，負責需求探索、方案規劃、跨單位協助及專案落地。

### 數據分析與 AI 應用

運用數據分析及生成式AI工具進行業務洞察、資訊整合、流程優化及決策支援 數據營運機制建置: 整合業務、數據及資訊需求，協助規劃數據營運機制、作業流程及相關規範，提升數據應用效率及品質。

### 工作條件
- 核心能力： 具備金融、零售或科技業 3 年以上數據分析、業務規劃或專案推動經驗。 具業務需求分析、方案規劃及專案執行能力，能將業務需求轉化為可落地方案。 具良好跨單位溝通協調及簡報能力，能整合業務、數據及資訊需求。 具 SQL 、 Python 等數據分析能力，並具生成式 AI 、 LLM 應用概念。

### 加分項

有 Prompt Engineering 經驗、 AI Agent 或 AI 應用場景 / 轉型規劃經驗。 有 AI UI/UX 規劃經驗或能力，能將 AI 能力轉化為直覺、可被使用的互動體驗。 個人特質:主動積極、邏輯清晰，具高度協作及學習能力，能因應快速變化之業務與科技環境。
