## Job description

中國信託資融股份有限公司 Your Career Our Future 【工作內容】

一、負責企業金融融資案件徵信、審查工作
- 客戶徵信作業與相關信⽤資料調查
- 客⼾營況與財務資料分析
- 產業設備、不動產等擔保品估價作業
- 實地訪廠視察
- 撰寫徵審評估報告
- 產業研究與訊息收集整理

### 二、協助內控事務處理

【資格條件】 ．工作經歷要求：5年以上工作經驗 ．學歷要求：大學、碩士 ．科系要求：不拘 ．語文條件：不拘 ．應備證照：無 ．擅長工具：office文書作業軟體 【職缺資訊】 ．薪資待遇：面議（經常性薪資達4萬元或以上） ．職務屬性：全職 ．上班時段：日班 ．休假制度：依公司規定 ．工作地點：台北市中正區許昌街17號17樓 ．可上班日：不限 ．需求人數：1 ．管理責任：無 ．出差外派：需出差，且一年累積時間約：未定 【其他條件】 需具備企業金融徵審業務相關經驗5年以上
