## Job description

岗位职责
- 从事铁路货车车钩、转向架设计研究；
- 负责铁路货车车钩、转向架生的新技术、新产品开发；
- 负责铁路货车车钩、转向架制造、运用过程出现问题的分析和设计改进，以及售后服务、技术培训。 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程等专业；
- 熟悉铁道车辆制动钩缓装置、转向架的基本结构原理及制造工艺；
- 熟练掌握办公软件、三维建模及二维制图软件，熟悉简单结构强度仿真计算能力；
- 具有良好的合作沟通意识、组织协调能力、解决问题的能力和书面及口头表达能力。
