## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助起草、修订、完善各类合同、文件、文书，确保其合法性；
- 协助和督促重大经济合同、协议的履行，对履行过程中可能引发法律纠纷的事项提出应对措施和方案；
- 协助集团职能部门办理公司注册、公证、抵押，处理劳动关系纠纷等法律事务，并审查法律文件；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作 任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，法律专业背景，硕士和中共党员优先； 2.原则上应通过司法考试。
