## Job description

岗位职责

### 内外饰结构设计
- 对侧围内饰、顶盖内饰、仪表内饰、外饰、车内装饰件等进行设计开发，根据订单及项目计划完成设计文件下发，跟踪确认设计状态，与内外饰供应商进行技术对接；

### 内外饰设计技术提升
- 对内外饰的三化设计进行对应、对内外饰的设计品质提升进行策划、对内外饰对应的行业先进理念进行对标与方案对应；

### 内外饰技术支持
- 处理内外饰对应的工艺问题、现场制造问题、售后问题，并进行方案固化与重复问题发生预防。 任职要求
- 掌握三维软件及二维软件的使用；
- 具备机械设计理论与材料性能基础；
- 熟练使用办公软件；
- 有良好的沟通协调能力；
- 对汽车有基本的认知，具备很强的学习与创新能力。
