## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助建立健全招聘、培训、薪酬、保险、福利、绩效考核等人力资源制度；
- 建立、维护人事档案，办理和更新劳动合同；
- 执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和规章制度；
- 协助开展招聘工作，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排等；
- 负责员工入职、转正、调动、离职等手续办理；
- 协助组织员工培训和绩效考核工作。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业；
- 熟悉人力资源管理各项实务操作流程；
- 熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；
- 熟练使用办公软件及人力资源信息系统。
