## Job description

岗位职责
- 研究传输⽹络智能故障诊断算法，实现⽹络故障准确识别、定位、预警预判；
- 基于5G无线通信、北斗定位、卫星通信等，研究无线定位算法；
- 研究⼤量异构数据传输调度算法、数据传输智能加密算法。 任职要求
- 熟悉无线通信（如5G、卫星通信、北斗定位）与网络技术的基本原理，理解网络架构与传输机制，掌握无线通信协议（如5G NR、LTE）、网络传输理论（TCP/IP协议栈）及网络质量评价指标；具备信息安全的基本理论。
- 熟练掌握C/C++、Python、MATLAB等；熟悉通信与定位算法仿真工具（如Matlab通信工具箱、ns-3、OPNET）；熟练使用Pandas、NumPy、Scikit-learn等数据处理与分析库；能够熟练使用机器学习和深度学习框架，掌握时序算法模型（如LSTM、CNN、Transformer等）的开发与优化。
- 具备3年以上相关领域工作经验,熟悉振动、温度、电流等时序数据分析处理方法，具有异常诊断项目经验、智能网络故障诊断与预警系统经验、5G、北斗或卫星通信的终端定位算法设计、调度算法和优化异构数据网络传输性能经验，掌握备研究或实现数据加密算法。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，团队合作意识。能够适应不定期出差。
