## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责材料的配方设计、性能优化及工程化应用；
- 负责材料产品生产线的设计与优化；
- 负责项目技术文件编写；
- 领导交办的其他任务。 任职要求 1、高分子材料、化工等专业基础扎实，具有较强的学习能力； 2、具备良好的团队协作精神，性格开朗，善于沟通，有一定的抗压能力。踏实肯干，稳定性强。
