## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责制冷系统、暖通空调及热能动力系统的方案设计、选型计算与技术优化，确保系统能效与运行稳定性。
- 主导能源管理项目的实施，包括能耗监测数据分析、节能潜力评估及节能改造方案的制定与落地。
- 编制相关技术规范、操作手册及维护标准，为生产运营提供技术支持，解决设备运行中的复杂技术问题。 任职要求
- 拥有硕士研究生及以上学历，专业方向涵盖制冷与低温工程、能源与动力工程、热能工程或相关专业。
- 具备扎实的专业理论基础，熟练掌握CAD、CFD等工程仿真与设计软件，熟悉国家及行业相关能源标准与规范。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力及团队协作精神，能够独立承担技术攻关任务并有效推动项目进展。
