## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责金属热处理工艺技术管理（包括车轴、转轴、小件、工装模具、铝合金等，下同），对生产用工艺卡、工序卡、过程卡、作业指导书、图纸等技术资料进行编制或校对；
- 负责金属热处理工艺技术的开发与研究的可行性论证以及新产品的型式试验工作；
- 负责金属热处理工装模具设计以及量、工具的选用管理等，指导使用工装模具及量、工具；
- 负责金属热处理相关原材料、制造工艺等技术经济性研究，编制或校对相应技术规范、企业标准等文件，并参与行业标准的研讨、编制与修订等；
- 负责金属热处理工艺技术指导性文件的校核与管理；
- 负责金属热处理相关标准的获取以及理化实验室相关标准的获取；
- 负责金属热处理工艺开发的管理，对工艺路线、工艺定额进行审定，工艺纪律检查与管理；
- 负责金属热处理前瞻性技术研究工作及与外界进行技术交流；
- 负责金属热处理质量体系相关内容的管理；
- 负责金属热处理工艺布局及技术改造等的实施；
- 负责金属热处理相关环境保护与职业健康安全法律、法规及其他要求的技术转化实施；
- 负责金属热处理相关管理体系的有效运行，做好运行记录并按规定保存；
- 负责金属热处理外包相关供应商的审核与指导；
- 完成上级领导临时交办的工作。 任职要求
- 材料成型及金属材料等相关专业；
- 了解热处理设备的操作及维护，熟悉设备的性能和特点；
- 熟练运用CAXA绘图软件和Excel、Word计算机操作系统；
- 具有良好的沟通能力和协作能力。
