## Job description

岗位职责
- 承担轨道车辆或其他行业复合材料产品的设计开发工作；
- 编制结构方案，绘制结构三维数模、二维图纸、搭建BOM、编写产品制造及验收技术条件等；
- 承担产品的结构优化及后续结构升级改型工作；
- 负责复合材料相关新技术研究，编写研究报告、设计报告和技术文档；
- 承担跟踪产品制造过程，处理超差问题，参与质量改进。
- 承担复合材料产品的刚度、强度、损伤、失效、模态等方面仿真分析，编写仿真分析报告。 任职要求
- 复合材料（结构设计或制造方向）/机械/车辆类等相关专业；
- 熟悉复合材料结构设计及制造相关方法，对材料力学、复合材料力学有一定的认识；
- 熟练应用Catia或Creo三维建模软件及至少一种常用二维出图软件；
- 具有熟练的英语能力，积极主动，执行力强，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力，能够适应出差的节奏；
- 具有复合材料设计或制造相关经验；
- 英语水平达CET-6或同等英语水平。
