## Job description

岗位职责
- 熟练掌握各种车辆结构、各主要部件的相关尺寸、组成形式、焊接要求及各部件焊接技术质量要求。
- 掌握各工序的工作内容及工作质量。
- 应及时、准确、迅速传达厂修规程、技术文件、工艺卡片中焊接方法及工艺到相关班组。
- 及时解决生产中出现的焊接质量问题。
- 检查焊接辅助工装的运行情况。
- 监督焊接工艺纪律执行情况。 8. 掌握设备、工装情况及工艺流程和物流情况。 11. 负责车间焊接工艺技术,工艺文件、厂修规程的贯彻落实。 13. 负责焊接新工艺新技术的指导。 16. 负责分厂的焊接卡具、胎具的设计、制造，并定期进行清点、保养，根据生产改进焊接工装。 任职要求
- 掌握焊接基本原理和操作，掌握TIG焊、MIG焊、埋弧等基本焊接工艺原理和操作方法以及电焊机的工作原理、维保等相关事项。
- 掌握两类耐候钢母材和焊材的基本对应关系和原理；
- 具备焊接质量鉴定技能，会识别各类焊缝的焊接质量、发现焊接质量问题。
- 有较强学习能力和环境适应能力。
