## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责实施结构健康检测设备和相关传感器研制；
- 负责结构健康监测的方案编制、结构健康监测技术研究，包括监测方法研究、结构健康监测算法的编制、结构健康状态的评估等；
- 负责先进感知和智能检测实验室运行；
- 负责监测数据分析与模型算法，结构有限元建模与分析；
- 负责科研课题申报与论文和专利等科技成果的总结、编制与申请。 任职要求
- 电子信息、车辆工程、传感器等相关专业毕业；
- 硕士及以上学历，3年以上结构健康检测工作经验者优先；
- 在轨道交通领域具有机电或结构设计工作经验者优先；
- 熟悉光纤光栅、压电导波传感器原理和数采设备研制；
- 有科研情怀、团队精神，对技术研究工作感兴趣。
