## Job description

岗位职责 从事轨道交通车辆结构可靠性评估与前沿技术研究； 1.关键系统部件、连接结构服役性能评价； 2.协助结构可靠性监测与评估技术体系建设； 任职要求
- 车辆工程、载运装备、机械工程、力学等相关专业学 科；
- 硕士及以上学历，博士优先；
- 长期从事结构可靠性技术研究，在焊接、铆接等连接 结构设计及服役安全评价等方面具有较深的研究经历或 经验；

### 具备以下条件者优先考虑
- 1） 高级及以上专业技术资格，具备团队建设及管理经 验； 2）具备重大科研项目/课题主持经历； 3）熟练掌握各种有限元仿真软件； 4） 掌握C/C++ Python编程 有工业软件开发或二次开
