## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责编制和优化铁路机车电气系统调试工艺文件及作业规范，参与制定机车常见电气故障诊断流程与现场处理方案。
- 协助开展机车电气工艺开发，参与调试工艺验证与参数优化。
- 负责售后现场电气工艺技术问题的分析与解决，跟踪验证措施效果。
- 参与售后检修工艺改进，收集典型案例并协助建立故障经验库。
- 协助服务团队进行电气调试技术交底及客户操作培训。 任职要求
- 系统掌握电路原理、电力电子、电机与拖动、自动控制等电气类专业课程基础。
- 熟练使用电气检测工具，具备较强的识图能力。
- 具有较强的动手能力、现场问题分析能力，能适应机车售后现场工作及出差。
- 具备良好的沟通表达与客户服务意识，有团队协作精神与高度责任心。
