## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责结构健康监测传感器选型、监测硬件设备方案论证与开发、采集系统集成，推动监测方案从科研样机向工程化产品迭代。
- 编制健康监测总体实施方案、产品技术文档、试验大纲与试验报告，支撑科研项目申报和内外技术对接。
- 负责传感器布设、采集系统部署调试、外场试验实施，解决现场电磁干扰、供电、温漂、丢包等实际工程问题。
- 完成数据采集、清洗、特征提取与信号分析，输出数据分析报告，对结构状态做出研判。
- 与材料、工艺、结构设计团队配合，参与传感器埋入/表贴工艺开发，推动监测需求在前端设计阶段落地。 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，电子、测控、机电、力学、结构、复合材料等相关专业，研究生优先。 2、5-10年经验，做过结构健康监测、传感器/采集系统开发、结构试验、工业设备状态监测或故障诊断任一方向均可，没做过碳纤维可入职后磨合。 3、熟练使用Python或MATLAB做数据处理与信号分析，能独立跑通采集、清洗、特征提取、分析报告全流程。 4、有监测方案编制、现场部署、外场试验或监测设备产品化经验者优先。 5、具备良好的技术文档编写和跨部门沟通能力，能适应短期出差和外场试验
