## Job description

岗位职责
- 车辆问题的具体技术支持、信息反馈跟踪工作；
- 负责维修、扣修台账，业联等文件的收发整理工作；
- 负责维修案例收集整理工作；
- 整改指导方案等给予客户、服务站等外部服务力量支持；
- 负责对售后现场、客户、服务站进行新产品、新技术的课件制作及培训；
- 负责考评现场、服务站、客户对产品使用情况 任职要求
- 熟悉新能源车辆工作运行逻辑；
- 熟练画图软件及应用各类办公软件；
- 具备较强的执行能力、团结协作能力、沟通协调能力，在执行过程中能进行分析和提出改进建议的能力；
- 具有工作积极性和主动性。
