## Job description

岗位职责
- 运用精益工具识别生产浪费，制定改善方案并推动落地；
- 优化制造流程，培训一线员工执行标准化作业；
- 开展精益培训，打造精益标杆线，输出可复制方法论；
- 监控运营核心指标，输出精益报告；
- 协助制定5S管理标准及检查计划，组织实施现场检查；
- 协助改善提案实施，收集汇总改善提案并审核实施效果。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关专业；
- 精通精益生产体系，熟练运用6S、TPM、Kaizen、OEE、VSM等精益工具；
- 具有制造业精益改善经验；
- 熟练运用Excel、Visio等办公软件；
- 具备结构化思维和良好的沟通协调能力。
