## Job description

岗位职责 1.开展轨道交通装备产业发展战略、产业结构、市场需求、发展模式、科技创新、产能布局等相关研究，对中车战略规划和产业发展提供支撑； 2.牵头或参与重大政策研究课题，撰写高质量研究报告、内参建议，推动研究成果转化为决策参考。 任职要求
- 掌握经济学或管理学研究方法，有一定工程类专业知识；
- 熟悉轨道交通产业或制造类企业相关情况；
- 具备产业课题调研、数据分析、报告撰写能力，能独立完成行业研究报告；
- 有智库、咨询机构、大型制造企业战略研究的实习/工作经历优先。
