## Job description

岗位职责 / 任职要求
- 全日制博士研究生学历，轨道车辆系统动力学、轨道交通车辆空气动力学、振动与噪声控制、矿山装备等专业方向；
- 具有扎实的专业理论基础和系统的学科知识体系，在攻读博士期间取得具有一定创新性和应用价值的研究成果；
- 具备较强的科研攻关能力和独立解决复杂技术问题的能力，能够独立主持或作为核心成员参与重大科研项目；
- 熟悉本学科领域国内外前沿发展动态，具备良好的学术视野和技术前瞻能力；
- 通过大学英语四级，熟练掌握一门外语；
- 具有较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力、团队合作能力；
- 具有较强的语言表达能力、书面报告能力。
