## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责铁路货车及多式联运装备等产品产品的动力学建模及仿真分析；
- 负责分析仿真数据，识别设计缺陷并提出优化改进建议。
- 配合试验工程师完成仿真分析结果与试验结果的对标验证工作，保证仿真模型的准确性。 任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，铁路院校铁道车辆及相关专业，具备扎实的动力学理论基础。
- 熟练使用至少一种动力学仿真分析软件（如Simpack、Nucars、UM等），具备编程能力（Python、MATLAB、C++等）或脚本开发经验者优先；
- 具备动力学仿真相关课题研究或项目经历；
- 具备良好的沟通能力，逻辑清晰；同时具备独立分析问题和解决问题的能力。
