## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责组织工艺装备生产制造；
- 负责工艺装备的现场施工管理协调工作；
- 负责施工材料定额、工时、外购件、外协件等制定及把控进度要求；
- 协调解决采购、生产、使用中的问题，熟悉公司物料、物料码管理流程及规定；
- 负责与各部门、生产单位及大师工作室工作沟通协调；
- 负责工艺装备图纸的管理。 任职要求
- 具有10年以上一线设备或工装管理工作经验，具有工程师职称者优先；
- 具备良好的识图能力，对各类机械加工工艺、装备工艺具有一定的认知水平；
- 熟练使用电脑办公软件，具备较强的逻辑思维能力；
- 有良好的沟通协调能力，学习能力和团队合作精神，对公司内部单位职能划分较为了解；
- 具有较强的现场技术服务经验，能够快速解决生产过程中出现的问题。
