## Job description

### 岗位职责 根据国创中心各研究院业务研究方向分工，主要职责如下
- 负责市场机会识别，发掘市场应用场景和潜在的技术横向合作机会；
- 负责协助将市场与产业需求转化为中心的科研攻关方向，确保研发活动的市场相关性；
- 负责中心知识产权（专利、技术秘密等）的评估、推广、许可转让及作价投资，推动中心成果向中试和产业化落地；
- 负责面向中车各子公司、国铁集团、地方地铁公司、产业链上下游企业及海外潜在客户，建立并维护长期战略合作关系；
- 负责与甲方针对需求和综合成本进行商务谈判。 任职要求 1.学历要求 具有本科及以上学历，硕博优先，具有理工科类相关专业背景。 2.工作经验 至少5年以上市场开拓经验或类似经历。具备轨道交通或高端装备制造相关技术背景者优先，能理解核心技术要点。
