## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责企业研发数字化建设，协助完成研发流程、系统架构和解决方案设计；
- 负责CAD、CAE、PLM软件的配置、集成和二次开发，打通设计、仿真和产品数据；
- 负责工业专用智能体开发，运用AI Coding、大模型和企业知识库，实现智能设计、仿真自动化及知识问答等功能开发。 任职要求
- 机械、车辆、力学、计算机等相关专业，精通主流CAD、CAE、PLM软件，具备二次开发及系统集成能力；
- 熟练使用主流AI Coding工具，熟悉大模型、RAG、知识图谱、工具调用和智能体开发等技术。
- 具备机械原理、结构设计及产品研发基础，以及研发体系、企业架构和系统工程思维。
