## Job description

岗位职责
- 承担海外售后服务工作体系优化工作，编制相关流程制度；
- 负责组织项目售后故障和问题的接收、统计、分析和责任初判，处理方案制订和技术支持需求提报，计划的制订及执行，现场技术服务、处理方案验证和总结，过程中的协调、监督、审核、评价与改进；
- 负责整理现场故障数据并对车辆问题进行统计、分析、形成汇报材料；
- 负责项目资源协调及相关问题推进。 任职要求 列举不少于四条任职要求 1.电气及机械方向专业； 2.具备较好的沟通协调能力； 3能够接受长期境外出差。 4.英语六级；
