## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责维护公司与政府部门、行业协会、合作伙伴及相关机构的良好关系，建立并拓展外部沟通渠道；Responsible for maintaining good relationships with government authorities, industry associations, business partners, and relevant organizations, and for developing external communication channels;
- 负责协调公司对外接待、商务拜访、政府考察及重要活动的组织与执行工作；Responsible for coordinating and organizing external receptions, business visits, government inspections, and other important corporate activities;
- 协助公司文件、档案及行政资料的整理、归档和管理工作；Manage the filing, archiving, and maintenance of company documents and administrative records; 5.协助组织公司员工活动、企业文化建设及员工关怀工作；Assist in organizing employee activities, promoting corporate culture, and implementing employee engagement initiatives; 6.完成领导交办的其他行政管理工作。Complete other administrative tasks assigned by management. 任职要求
- 行政管理、工商管理、人力资源管理、文秘等相关专业优先；Majors in Administration Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Secretarial Studies, or related fields are preferred;
- 具备WPS、Microsoft Office等办公软件操作技能；Proficient in WPS Office, Microsoft Office, and other office software applications;
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、组织能力和服务意识；Possess strong communication, coordination, organizational, and service-oriented skills;

### 国籍为越南；Nationality
- Vietnamese.
