## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责电气设备的管理、电气设备的预检、验收、鉴定。
- 电气设备的使用状态保障。
- 对电气设备事故及时报告、分析、处理，对突发事故应有针对性措施。
- 熟练掌握各种车体结构、组成形式及各部件技术调修质量要求，经常深入生产现场，解决技术和工艺问题。
- 管理车间设备、工装情况及分厂内工艺流程和物流情况。
- 负责电气设备故障处理中的技术服务和技术资料配件图样的支持工作。
- 负责电气设备的检修维护和保养考核工作。
- 负责编写电气设备操作规程并监督落实情况。
- 负责电气设备巡检、抽查。 任职要求
- 了解基本微电设备、电机、PLC组件等基本工作原理，掌握车间设备基本保养知识；
- 熟悉电气设备管理及其它相关知识，熟悉设备事故（故障）调查、分析、处理的程序及要求。；
- 除设备技术外，还需学习掌握车间工艺技术、生产流程等；
- 在校成绩优秀，有充足的项目经历、较强学习能力和环境适应能力。
