## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责生产设备及自动化系统中机械与电气部分的综合技术管理、运维支持及优化改进；
- 参与新设备的电气选型、机械安装及整机联调，对设备运行中出现的机电复合故障进行系统诊断与修复；
- 制定并执行涵盖机械传动、气动、传感器、控制器、变频器等模块的预防性维护计划与点检标准；
- 负责备品备件的选型申报与库存优化；
- 建立设备技术档案，记录故障分析与改善措施，培训操作人员进行基础机电维护。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备扎实的专业基础；
- 具备较好的团队合作能力、沟通能力，能够独立分析问题和解决问题；
- 原则上具有大学英语四级及以上证书；
- 熟练使用CAD/UG等制图绘图软件。
