## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责转向架焊接智能制造开发，现有焊接工艺与先进数字化技术相结合，建设智能化焊接产线；
- 负责制定工艺流程和工艺文件，对现有工艺进行优化，提升生产效率和质量；
- 负责转向架焊接和检修工序设计图纸的工艺性审查；
- 负责转向架焊接和检修工序工工艺路线划分、数据维护；
- 负责转向架焊接和检修工序的试制阶段生产技术服务；
- 负责转向架新产品的工艺方案的编制与审定。 任职要求
- 掌握焊接数字化智能制造相关基本知识。
- 掌握机械加工、焊接、热处理等制造工艺。
- 熟练使用CAD进行工艺设计。熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT）进行文档编写和数据分析。
- 具备较强的技术问题分析能力，能够快速定位并解决工艺问题，熟悉质量管理工具（如FMEA、8D、5Why等），能够系统性地改进工艺。
- 能够对现有工艺进行优化，提升生产效率、降低成本并保证质量。具备创新意识，能够提出新工艺或改进方案。
- 能够与设计、生产、质量等部门有效沟通，确保工艺设计与产品设计的一致性，具备团队合作精神，能够快速掌握新技术、新工艺和新设备。
- 具备创新思维，能够提出工艺改进和优化方案，能够结合新技术（如智能制造、数字化工艺）提升工艺水平。
- 吃苦耐劳，愿意长期在车间生产技术服务；
- 有IWE焊接工程师证书人员优先。
