## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责产业/商业项目招商调研、客户挖掘与渠道拓展，维护招商资源库及客户合作关系。
- 协助制定招商方案、执行招商计划，跟进项目洽谈、签约及落地全流程。
- 负责运营数据统计、商户/客户管理，撰写运营分析报告，优化运营策略。
- 协同内外部资源，推进招商落地、园区项目运营服务及品牌推广。
- 完成招商运营相关台账、报表编制更新，以及领导领导交办的其他工作。 任职要求
- 具备优秀的市场洞察、商务谈判、计划执行与逻辑分析能力。
- 沟通协调能力突出，具备良好团队协作精神与客户服务意识。
- 责任心、自驱力、学习能力强，具备较强抗压能力与良好职业素养。
- 文字功底扎实，书面表达能力较强，熟练使用办公软件。
