### Job Description

CROWN Hellas Can Packaging SA is seeking a skilled Cans Deco Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair decoration machinery for aluminum cans, ensuring optimal production efficiency and product quality.

### Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on can decorating equipment, including printers, coaters, and ovens.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on decoration machinery promptly to minimize downtime.
- Execute equipment changeovers and adjustments for different can sizes and designs.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize print quality, registration, and coat application.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address recurring equipment problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment performance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new decoration machinery.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and efficiency.

### Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience on printing or decorating machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required.
- Relevant technical degree or vocational training is preferred.
