- Sales Department Sales Job Location/Country Bengaluru Travel Constant Position Summary: This role focuses on growing business results by managing distributors and customers effectively, supporting steady and long-term growth in the assigned area Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Study the market to find new business opportunities and understand where growth is possible.
- Understand customer needs & help build strong, long-term relationships.
- Suggest the right products and solutions by matching customer needs with what the company offers.
- Grow the business through dealers and distributors by selecting, training, and supporting their sales teams. Qualification & Certification (if applicable) § Graduate or higher § Academically throughout 60% & above Experience § Relevant Sales experience
- Territory Sales Manager Karnataka Communication & Language Proficiency § Good communication skills (Written and Oral)
- English and Local language Computer Skills § Proficient in MS Office Communication & Language Proficiency § Strong written and verbal communication skills § Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with others Core Competencies/Skill/Any other attribute relevant to the role § Strong interpersonal skills and assertiveness § Well-spoken, excellent active listening skills § Channel Management experience § Commitment to ethical behavior with a vow to adhere to organization’s policies
