## Job description

The Manager, Process Improvement will lead development and implementation of process improvement efforts within the department. They will be charged with identifying opportunities to automate operations and simplify workflows, thereby reducing steps and handoffs. They will work alongside leaders within the department to identify measurable outcomes and champion solutions that achieve these goals. The Manager, Process Improvement will also ensure teammates adopt changes by driving effective change management and communication.

Supported by one or more direct reports, they may also provide guidance or direction on project work to teammates and may mentor and train staff in the complexities of assigned work.
