## Job description

Credem, tra i gruppi bancari più solidi d'Italia, cerca un Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist per progettare ed evolvere i customer journey in un momento in cui i sistemi di marketing stanno migrando verso architetture dati moderne.

### Ti occuperai di

Progettare, evolvere e migrare customer journey complessi su Marketing Cloud. Integrare fonti dati da BigQuery gestendo la transizione da sistemi legacy. Collaborare con i team marketing e data per tradurre esigenze di business in configurazioni tecniche efficaci. Sviluppare logiche avanzate tramite AMPscript, Automation Studio e Journey Builder.

### Sei la persona giusta se

Hai 3-5 anni di esperienza su Salesforce Marketing Cloud con padronanza tecnica reale (AMPscript, Journey Builder, Automation Studio). Sai dialogare con architetture dati moderne, SQL e BigQuery, non solo con i tool Salesforce. Conosci il settore bancario o assicurativo, o hai voglia di impararlo velocemente.

### Competenze

Automation Studio Data Cloud Google BigQuery Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Journey Journey Builder SQL Nota: Una certificazione Marketing Cloud è un plus.
