## Responsibilities

🤝 Ce poste est fait pour toi si tu disposes de: Une expérience de direction d’un business, d’une BU ou d’un périmètre commercial significatif. Une forte culture P&L, performance et développement des revenus. Une expérience du développement ou de la transformation d’offres bancaires. Une bonne compréhension des enjeux de la Banque au Quotidien, des paiements et des nouveaux usages digitaux. Une expérience dans le développement de nouveaux produits ou relais de croissance, notamment crédit et/ou assurance.

Une capacité à s’intégrer dans un collectif et à faire avancer les projets en s’appuyant sur des équipes non hiérarchiquement rattachées (relation client, back office, produit, tech, juridique, finance, conformité) Une véritable culture client, produit et digitale. Une capacité à passer de la vision stratégique à l’exécution avec rapidité et pragmatisme. Mais surtout, tu es entrepreneur(e), orienté(e) résultats et capable d’embarquer un collectif.

Ce poste permet de jouer un rôle déterminant dans une transformation stratégique: construire une nouvelle Business Unit, définir son ambition, son modèle et ses relais de croissance, et contribuer directement au futur modèle de BforBank.
