Team members—including product owners, operations, and engineers—collaborate to solve problems with the goal of continuous customer satisfaction. ### What You Will Do - Develop new features for the Coupang Eats app - Improve app performance for faster and more reliable user experiences - Build reusable and scalable common modules - Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality projects ### Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of Android app development experience - Strong understanding of the Android platform and Kotlin - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills and a high sense of ownership ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience in O2O or e-commerce domains - Experience with Compose, Coroutines, and unit test development - Understanding of CI and automated development environments Type of work model Hybrid ### Our Hybrid work model Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on the role requirement.
