This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Team Overview Taiwan Finance team is a finance business partner for Coupang Taiwan’s business teams. We own financial results by working with stakeholders to define & track business input/output metrics and improve them by performing root-cause analysis. We are hiring a Principal Business Partner focusing on Retail domain as the company’s business grows exponentially. ### What you will do - Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail P&L Establish ambitious goals for the team and oneself, implementing concrete plans to achieve them, even in ambiguous or complex situations - Track the metrics and analyze their trends & results to provide business/financial visibilities to stakeholders - Provide constant feedback to stakeholders, raise a flag, and recommend corrective measures to deliver WOW results - Perform root cause analysis by retrieving the right data and diving deep Qualifications 7-12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred) Retail / Commercial Finance - Partner experience (required) Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment - Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation Strong Excel skills (required) Fluent in English and traditional Mandarin (written and verbal) ### Preferred Qualifications MBA Strong SQL and PowerBI skills Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview - Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
