## Job description

職務摘要（Job Description Summary） 主導公司整體行銷策略制定，透過分析行銷活動成效，提出改善方案與優化方向，以支持 Coupang 中長期商業策略及業績目標的達成 主要工作內容（What You Will Do）
- 以顧客體驗為核心 每天以提升 Customer Experience 為出發點。
- 先定義顧客需求
- 再反推解決方案
- 運用內外部數據了解顧客及市場 建立能讓顧客驚豔（WOW）的體驗。

### 行銷活動與促銷規劃 與內外部團隊合作
- 發想行銷活動
- 制定促銷計畫

### 執行站內 Campaign 依據 Merchandising Calendar
- 規劃活動
- 追蹤成效
- 透過數據分析持續優化客戶體驗
- 負責核心營運指標

### 設定並管理關鍵 KPI
- 業績指標（Top Line）
- Orders（訂單數）
- GMV（Gross Merchandise Value，商品交易總額） 顧客行為指標
- Inflow（流量導入）
- Conversion（轉換率）
- Retention（留存率）
- 其他相關指標 制定並執行策略以達成目標。

### 跨部門流程優化 建立及優化工作流程
- Business Team
- Marketing Team
- Category Team
- Design Team
- Product Team 提升協作效率及執行速度。
