## Job description

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely, accurate resolutions
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines
- Document customer interactions clearly in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, quality scores, and adherence
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions
- Participate in training, coaching, and quality improvement initiatives

### Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills Good listening and problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail Willingness to work in rotational shifts/weekends (if applicable) At Copart, we are focused on harnessing the power of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
