### Customer Support Representative Experience
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in similar kind of environment / job profile.

### Job Description

Handle min 50 -60 calls/day. Provide support to all kinds of queries related to Title, Pick-up, and Payments. Provide Email support for the same as well. Complete 9 hour Night Shift – ( 2 Consecutive week-off)

### Essential Duties and responsibilities

Take care of the incoming calls. Ensure correct and relevant information is shared. Keep a constant check on protocols to ensure quality. Be disciplined and remain very focused.

Patience Quick learner Disciplined Team Player Most importantly – a very good communicator.

### Requirements

Must have good understanding of English language and usage. Good learning, analytical and interpersonal skills. Trained on Calls and Email etiquettes. Basic understanding of Computers. Understanding of MS office applications and Outlook.
