The Technology Product Analyst will be a key member of the IT Product Management Team, with the following duties and responsibilities: - Works with executive and senior leaders to create and maintain an operating platform that defines the people, processes, tools, and technology. - Partners with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements.. Creates UI/UX wireframes and mockups using Figma or similar professional tools (including AI-powered design tools) to support product requirements and guide development teams - Analyzes, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows, and specifications. - Partners with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing. - Coordinates the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget Required Skills & Experience: - 3-4 years of experience as a business analyst or product analyst/owner. - Bachelor's Degree Required (Masters or MBA preferred). - Agile training as Scrum Master or Product Owner. ### Experience - Documenting Complex Business Solutions..
