## Job description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Newbury Operation Centre, RG19 6HN. You’ll be working from Monday to Friday with no bank holiday working, so you’ll benefit from a great work-life balance and have more time to yourself. Our Customer Service Advisors are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and time frames.

They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance. The salary for this position is £29,436 per annum. What do we need from you?
- Excellent customer service Great, clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail IT literate Adaptable, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
