HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Analyze workflows to identify improvement areas in the process - Drive change initiatives utilizing cross-functional team collaboration and lean manufacturing principles to effect lasting process advancements - Develop and upkeep aids such as process alerts, work instructions, and one-point lessons - Identify process problems and own their resolutions to increase production output, including root cause analysis and data reporting to department - Analyze capital expenditures and project designs to find cost cutting and investment driving solutions, including for new equipment to ensure proper release - Identify areas for quality improvement in the process and collaborate to find solutions that drive down scrap in the area - Must have continuous improvement experience - Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls Be self-managed, detail-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure. Follow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and procedures. ### Other duties as assigned NOTE May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed. ## Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering or Technical field & two or more years' relevant experience in a related manufacturing environment OR If no bachelors degree, must be currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program in a related engineering or technical field and have a minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience This role is an internal only position, external applicants will not be considered for this role Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
