## Job description

### Main tasks

Supports department specialists in scheduling interviews/meetings; Managing information in databases; Willingness to regularly go in production area to collect information; Collects and updates employee data; Prepare HR-related reports/ presentations as needed; Other activities related to the human resources process.

## Qualifications

### We are looking for

Enrolled in a university program in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; English – minimum medium level (spoken & written); Availability to work full time (8h/ day); Very good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite; Effective communication skills; Strong work ethic; Diversity and multicultural mindset; An enthusiastic person, who wants to develop.
