## Job description

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT *The position is expected to start June 2027.* During this 10 week internship program, our Sales Interns will get a firsthand look at the life of a field sales employee. The intern will also receive mentoring/training in the following: 1-on-1 mentoring with senior executives Ride along with experienced sales reps during customer visits Participate and network during our mid-year sales conference Opportunity to contribute to high level sales strategy projects Small group discussion sessions on Continental’s go-to-market strategies Portions of the program will require travel to various locations across the US with all travel expenses covered by Continental.

## Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in sales or related field Expected graduation date 12/2027 or 5/2028 Able to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours + travel
- Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Must be able to travel up to 50%
- Must have valid driver's license with responsible driving record
- Must be 21 years old (for car rentals) Legal Authorization to work in the US is required.
