## Job description

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT The Ocean Freight Exports Specialist is responsible for managing sea and air freight export operations from Americas manufacturing plants to global destinations.

### Operational Responsibilities
- Coordinate ocean export shipment allocations
- Prepare export and customs documentation
- Maintain accurate reporting
- Manage end-to-end shipment tracking and tracing Strategic Responsibilities: Oversee third-party logistics providers
- Monitor and drive supplier performance
- Support contract administration
- Manage transportation-related financials SG 9/10

## Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Management, or related field 0-2 years of professional experience in ocean freight, exports, and/or logistics operations 0-2 years of experience supporting/managing projects and/or process improvement initiatives Less than
- 1 year of leadership experience Exposure to Power BI and SAP Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
