## Job description

Sign-On Bonus Opportunities Qualified external candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to: Service Technician I: Up to $1,500 Service Technician II: Up to $2,500 Service Technician III: Up to $3,500 Service Technician IV: Up to $4,500 Sign-on bonus eligibility and program requirements apply.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT - Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and replacements. Service commercial truck, fleet, and passenger vehicle tires. Respond to roadside service calls and customer emergencies. Conduct inspections and identify tire-related maintenance needs. Operate service vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently. Deliver exceptional customer service at customer locations and service facilities.

Follow company, DOT, and OSHA safety standards. Support training and development as you advance within the technician career path. Career Growth at BestDrive BestDrive is committed to developing technicians through a structured career progression program: Service Technician I - Entry-level technician learning commercial tire service fundamentals. Service Technician II - Developing technician performing work independently.

Service Technician III - Advanced technician supporting fleet and roadside service. Service Technician IV - Senior technician with advanced technical expertise and mentorship responsibilities.

## Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Valid driver's license required. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Tire, automotive, diesel, fleet, or related service experience preferred. Strong commitment to safety and customer service. Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work. Why BestDrive?
