## Job description
- Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- Plan and Work Instructions Create PM plans and standard work instructions for all machines Ensure PM activities are systematic, practical, and aligned with actual machine conditions

### Prepare Spare Part Master List
- Identify and list missing or unavailable spare parts
- Support the creation of a basic spare part inventory in the system Study and Analyze Technician Workload Study current technician workload and task distribution
- Propose ways to optimize and utilize manpower more efficiently
- Improve productivity by balancing workload based on priority and skill level

## Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree - Mechanical engineering - Electrical engineering
