## Job description

About the Role Turn market insights into pricing decisions that drive business performance. As our Pricing & Market Intelligence Specialist, you will support pricing strategy, monitor market competitiveness, and translate commercial data into actionable insights to strengthen profitability and support business growth.

### Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Profitability Support the development and execution of pricing strategies aligned with business objectives, product portfolios, and trade channels. Monitor pricing competitiveness and brand margin potential, recommending pricing actions to balance market realities and profitability. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive effective pricing implementation. Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and risks.

Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations to support commercial decisions. Coordinate market research and provide regular insights to management and Sales teams. Pricing Operations & Commercial Governance Maintain accurate pricing and article master data in SAP, ensuring timely updates and resolution of pricing-related system issues. Manage periodic promotional and commercial policy payout calculations, validating data accuracy, eligibility, and compliance with approved policies.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Controlling to resolve discrepancies and deliver timely reporting and analysis. What You Will Gain Exposure to pricing strategy, market intelligence, and commercial decision-making. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and regional business stakeholders. The opportunity to translate data into insights that influence pricing competitiveness and business profitability.

## Qualifications

University degree in Business / General Management / Marketing / Data Management Minimum 1 years experience in Marketing / Pricing or Experience in Pricing and Product Management project.
